Golbro Tiger View Resort always intends to sell stays that customers can enjoy. However, the management of the resort/hotel, in general and with regards to the facilities and amenities available during your stay, is totally controlled by the Resort’s/Hotel's Management - cannot be held responsible for any negligence on the Resort/Hotel Management's behalf. You (The Primary Guest) should be 18years of age or above to check-in at the property. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be either 18years or above age to make a booking. The meal plan for your selected booking includes Room Only. The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-10 years. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM local time and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM local time. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with resort/hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out. The room tariff excludes any taxes and Service Charge. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Pool Table, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out. Golbro Tiger View Resort lodging is contracted and authorized by accommodation provider (named and addressed on the Contact Us page) including its employees and agents (We/Us/Our) to resell their accommodation inventory to guests (You or the Legal Entity representing you). These Booking Terms apply to the accommodation provided by the business named and addressed on the Contact Us page and the person or legal entity making the Booking. These Booking Terms are governed by Indian penal code and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts (and appellate courts) exercising jurisdiction in Rewa(Madhya Pradesh) for any proceedings in connection with these Bookings except where we agree in writing for other terms. By making a Booking you automatically agree to accept these Booking Terms. Resorts/Hotels update room inventory on regular basis but it is still possible that room inventory status is not totally reflective of the availability status at the hotel. In these exceptional situations, Golbro Tiger View Resort lodging cancels the bookings and returns the money to the guest. We regret these situations and make effort to improvise the systems so that room availability is real time. Other than refunding the transaction amount, Golbro Tiger View Resort lodging isn’t responsible for any other charges or inconvenience. 100% Payment is required at the time of booking/Confirmation. Any legal matters are subject to Rewa (Madhya Pradesh) jurisdiction only.
